Where are you located, and how do I get there?: We are located at 122 Western Avenue, in the Western Avenue Studios building, in Lowell, Massachusetts. We are about one mile from the downtown area. Directions are here. Look for our sign outside the green and white entryway labeled "Western Avenue Studios". Go in that door and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. We are in the first studio on your right, A-313.
What are your hours?: Generally, we are open Wed-Sun. We have seasonal hours on Tuesdays. Please check the main page of the site for specific hours! We reserve the right to add/subtract to this schedule as necessary for our business.
Do you take credit cards?: Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Do you keep items on layaway?: We will sell finished jewelry pieces on layaway. We require 1/3-1/2 down and payment to be completed within 30 days. Speak to someone at the store for more details. All other items can be held until the end of the business day, to allow you to go home and get your checkbook or run to an ATM for cash.
Do you have classes for children?: We do not have classes specifically geared towards children and we do not plan to have such offerings in the future. Children ages 14 and up are welcome to participate in any of our classes.
Do you host birthday parties?: We do not have a specific "birthday party package". What we offer is a "Girls' Night Out" package. For $100 plus the cost of materials, you can bring your group of 4-10 people to our shop to work on a particular project of the group's choosing. You can feel free to bring refreshments to enjoy during your night out as well. Contact the shop for more details or to book your event! All events are held at our shop.
Do you do repairs?: Yes! We can restring beads or reknot beads for you. We cannot do anything that involves soldering, though. Please bring your pieces by and we can quote you a price.
