For the locals - Western Avenue is located off of School Street, between Broadway and Middlesex Street.

Getting to the Lowell Connector:

From Boston and points east:

  • Route 93 North to Route 495 South to the Lowell Connector
  • Route 2 West to Route 495 North to the Lowell Connector
  • Mass Pike West to Route 495 North to the Lowell Connector
  • Route 3 North to the Lowell Connector

From Worcester and points west:

  • Mass Pike East to 495 North to the Lowell Connector
  • Route 2 East to 495 North to the Lowell Connector
  • 290 East to 495 North to the Lowell Connector

From NH and points north:

  • Route 95 South to Route 495 South to the Lowell Connector
  • Route 93 South to Route 495 South to the Lowell Connector
  • Route 3 South to Route 495 North to the Lowell Connector

Once on the Lowell Connector:

  • Follow the Lowell Connector to exit 5B - Thorndike Street. Merge with traffic.
  • Go through 3 stoplights. At the 4th light, take a left onto Fletcher Street. There is a Dunkin Donuts on the corner there. If you pass the American Textile History Museum, you went too far.
  • At the 2nd light, take a left onto Broadway.
  • At the 1st light, take a left onto School Street.
  • Take your 2nd left onto Western Avenue. It is at the crest of the hill as you are going over the railroad tracks.
  • Drive to the end of the street, we are in the large mill building on the right. Look for the green and white entryway next to the loading docks - you will see my sign. Go in and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. We are in the first studio on your right, A-313. Our door is just around the corner from the elevator.

Parking

There is a parking lot in front of the building, and you can also park on the dead-end street. Please do not block: the loading docks, the driveways, or the areas across from the driveways. A lot of trucks come in and out, and we don't want to impede their access. Thanks for helping! All parking is FREE.
